THE INTERNAL BEAUTY STACK

Collagen doesn’t have to come from animal products. When you give your body the key nutrients that it needs, it can produce its own collagen. This process has been occurring since you were a baby and relies on building blocks being provided daily.  The molecular building blocks of collagen in the body are vitamin C, proline and lysine. We combined these nutrients into presorted daily packs in our Collagen Precursor Daily Packs that support your body’s own ability to create collagen.

Your skin loses a layer every 30 days, and the new layers that are generated depend upon specific nutrients to form properly—collagen being an essential one. Collagens are a family of extracellular proteins that are a key constituent in skin, and give skin its ability to move, stretch and rebound into shape—known as skin elasticity. Collagens aren’t just in skin, but are in our glands, organs, bones, heart valves, brain, liver and lungs as well. It’s the most prevalent protein type in our body, and is crucial for healthy skin, organ function, athletic performance and so much more!

While we’re born with an abundance of collagen in our skin, the body's production of collagen slows in our mid-to-late 20's and continues to decrease dramatically after age 30.  From there, the collagen levels in our skin begin to drop by 1-2% each year. When collagen starts to decline with age -- or due to excessive exposure to UV rays, pollution, or cigarette smoke -- our skin’s structural integrity is compromised.

Most of the collagen supplements you see on the shelves today come from ground up animal parts. One of the biggest red flags with animal-based collagen is the presence of contaminants like antibiotics, steroids, prescription drug metabolites, and insecticides that are still present in the tissue of the animal at slaughter. Once these contaminants enter your body, they increase oxidative stress. In addition, many of the powdered collagen supplements on the market are oxidized after sitting on shelves for months.

In addition to some of the issues with collagen supplements stated above, collagen is a finished molecule—meaning that collagen is a molecule the body produces. Unfortunately, it is not quite as simple as eating collagen supplements, and having this collagen absorb directly into your skin. The body cannot utilize finished molecules, so eating collagen supplements that contain finished collagen molecules are ineffective.

For optimal collagen synthesis, one should feed their body the key building blocks that help the body produce collagen in the dosages required to do so. For this reason, we created our Collagen Precursor Box—a box of assorted daily packs, each containing the proper amounts of Lysine, Proline, Vitamin C, and B Vitamins needed for the body to produce its own collagen. As these are essential nutrients, they not only assist with collagen synthesis, but also support the body in many of its necessary functions.

The Collagen Precursor packs are 100% vegan and ethically sourced offering those with a beauty regimen a more effective, cleaner and safer alternative to conventional collagen supplements. One pack per day gives your body everything it needs to optimize the process of collagen synthesis. For optimal effectiveness make sure to stack the collagen pre-cursor packs with our Biodynamic Inflammation Tonic to lower inflammation levels in the body, as high levels of inflammation interfere with collagen synthesis.

Turmeric is a powerful medicinal herb that has been used for thousands of years for a wide range of issues, particularly for reducing inflammation and for its anti-aging benefits. The active compound in Turmeric that provides the bulk of these benefits is Curcumin. Unfortunately, curcumin has a very low absorption rate to the blood and therefore much of this amazing compound is lost in the digestive tract and eliminated without being utilized.

To make up for this low absorption rate, we formulated our Biodynamic Inflammation Tonic with a proprietary micelle liposomal delivery system that helps to protect the vital nutrients in this formula and deliver the nutrients into the bloodstream. This micelle liposomal delivery system protects the active ingredient in the formula from the hostile environment in the digestive tract and optimizes it for absorption.

Collagen is the most prevalent protein type in the body, and it is responsible for numerous body functions. Making sure that your body has proper levels of collagen is an essential way to maintain healthy skin, organ function, athletic performance and much more. Beauty starts from within!
