Part of the reason I practice acupuncture for skincare is I know how important it is to create beauty from the inside out - as I age, the more it is clear aging gracefully requires more than topicals to keep my and my patient's skin healthy.
For the longest time, I was not a fan of supplements. I suppose this is because I was on board with the 'expensive urine' analogy.
