BENEFITS OF DRY BRUSHING VIA CAMILLE STYLES

I had the pleasure of consulting with Hannah Zahner for the Camille Styles blog on the benefits of maintaining the skin care ritual of dry brushing. It's something I find comes and goes over the years, so I thoroughly enjoyed revisiting the practice, especially through the lens of Chinese medicine.

While my guasha treatment begins on the extremities, I feel it's important for any skincare ritual to focus on the fingers and toes, including dry brushing!



My favorite way to dry brush is before a soothing soak followed by a cool shower rinse and a nourishing body oil.
